Our Staff

Teachers and leaders who set the tone for the whole course.

CNE treats staff quality as a core part of the product. Teaching quality, student confidence, and the overall atmosphere all depend on who is in front of the room and around the students each day.

Why staff quality is central

The course experience only works when the people delivering it are strong.

Students need a team that can teach well, hold standards, create energy, and still make the environment feel supportive. That is why CNE puts so much emphasis on picking the right principal, teachers, and ceannairí.

1

Each member of staff is selected individually rather than filled in as a generic seasonal hire.

2

Courses are staffed by a dedicated principal, experienced teachers, and qualified ceannairí.

3

Staff are fully qualified, vetted, and expected to maintain high teaching and pastoral standards.

4

The teaching team includes people with deep experience in Irish education, exam systems, and course materials.

Supportive by design

Learning Irish can be difficult for some students. The staff are expected to be available, encouraging, and engaged so students can ask for help without feeling exposed.

Connection to the course

Because many staff members are former pupils, they understand both the demands of the programme and how to make the experience enjoyable enough that students want to engage.
